After twenty years as a masseuse Nadia Forte, graduates in Aesthetics, develops and patents the bioenergetic massage Naiadis® thus starting a new adventure focused on the study of the human body that never forgets anything, as it often tells very well the personal story of each of us. Traumas, dissatisfaction, unfulfillment create in fact psychophysical tensions that are manifested in the body causing energy blocks, then stiffening and friction at the physical level. These blocks are to be considered “armor” that slowly form a “rusty shell” that limits our daily life in every sphere and on many levels. Naiadis® seeks to help relieve these tensions, to liberate and strengthen the person and to open him or her to self-awareness.
